A Hungarian Sheep Dog and his new owners.
Welcome to our first Blog!
Thanks for visiting the Adventures of Sanders Dog Blog! This is a first for having an indoor puppy for us, and the first blog that we're trying to do! We'll highlight the events that go on in Sanders' life.
Who is Sanders? Sanders is a PULI, which is a purebred Hungarian Sheep Herding dog. As an adult, he should get about 17" tall, and weigh around 30 pounds. He is all black. The thing that makes him really unique is that he'll grow cords...better known as dredlocks! Because of the dredlocks, he shouldn't shed...so that is nice from a maintenance perspective. But when he gets older and we have to give him a bath, it may take as long as 8 hours to make sure he is dry!
As a puppy, Sanders is a lovable, snuggable, furry and curly black mass of hair. He loves to sit at our feet and cuddle.
